V-Rail is an SG-based startup focused on solving real-world VPN and internet access issues. We build a platform that stays practical, fast, and dependable even in restrictive environments.
Our differentiating point is accessibility from anywhere in the world. Whether you are on school Wi-Fi with strict firewalls, workplace network restrictions, heavily filtered public access, or ad-saturated and unreliable routes, V-Rail is designed to keep internet access usable.
Under the hood, V-Rail is built on VLESS and uses advanced transport techniques, including SNI masking, to improve reliability and connection success in restrictive networks.
Why VLESS?
We evaluated multiple modern tunneling and proxy stacks before standardizing on VLESS. This includes Shadowsocks (SS), V2Ray, Trojan protocol, and Obfsproxy, alongside newer approaches like Reality protocol and broader Stealth VPN techniques. Our main criteria were consistency, compatibility, and practical Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) resistance in real-world restrictive networks.
In our testing and operations experience, VLESS offered the best long-term balance for our product goals: stable performance, flexible transport options, and reliable behavior across diverse client platforms. We continue to monitor protocol-level changes and evolve our implementation as networks and filtering systems change.
